Live Recording
Dublin, Ireland
31 July 1973
In terms of recording quality, this is unfortunately the polar opposite of the Cork show, recorded three days earlier. This is a faintly audible, at times crackling recording that sounds as if the cassette recorder was at the very rear of the building (and perhaps even outside). The fact that tapes appear to be multi-generational copies doesn't help the sound quality. Only the true die-hard fan is likely to invest the time listening to this show, though the second half of the recording is better than the first -- perhaps the recorder moved closer to the front as the show wore on. Notwithstanding the recording quality, this appears to have been a great show, with an enthusiastic audience and Steven Houston's engaged conversation with the crowd.
Length of recording 78 minutes, 35 seconds
